Safe Serve Certification Training – Project 1610, Charlotte
A Safe Serve Certification Training will be hosted at Project 1610 in Charlotte for individuals interested in learning proper food-handling practices and obtaining official certification.
This one-day training will run from 8:00 AM to approximately 1:00–2:00 PM. The cost is $149, with payment due on the day of the class. A minimum of eight participants is required in order to schedule the session.
Important: Safe Serve Certification is required for all food vendors planning to sell at the Independence Day Park event.
The class date will be finalized once the minimum number of participants is reached. When registering, participants may indicate their preferred day: Friday, Saturday, Monday, or Wednesday.
